Awesome Spacious Location.
The location was perfect for exploring Valletta. Close to the city centre, ferry and bus terminals and great restaurants. Spacious and relaxing. The view was amazing. Surprisingly quiet. Space to unpack and spread out, hang up clothes and generally it was the perfect base for our 4 day introduction to Malta.
I think we had Malta’s worst taxi driver and he couldn’t find Barrakka Suites. He dropped us at the bottom of the stairs near The Bridge Bar (with apologies) at midnight. Not a great start. Luckily my husband suggested a drink and we regrouped. I think a hint about finding the accommodation would be helpful. E.g. round the corner from the Upper Barrakka Gardens or next to the Saluting Battery. No tissues and not enough tea bags. Plastic bag of something left in the stairwell the whole time we were there?

We loved Barrakka suites - it was just down from the upper barrakka gardens and our room overlooked them. Communication
Great location and the apartment had everything we needed

The best place I could ever ask for my one night staying in Malta.
I opened the window and had the upper Barrakka gardens in front of me!!! It was like staying in a castle! Please say to the cleaning lady that she is very kind and wonderful person!
